The cause’s total on its page goes up as soon as your gift is confirmed, and our Impact & Annual Report shows every country and cause.
If you add the optional Amplify Fund (5% on top), that portion is pooled with every other donor who opted in and distributed proportionally across all causes at the end of each month — real money from real donors, not a matching gift funded by us. It's the one mechanism here that spreads support to causes that get fewer direct donations.
What this review does not do
We don't audit each organization's internal financials the way a large platform with dedicated compliance staff might, and we don't independently verify on-the-ground program outcomes after a donation is sent. On-chain traceability means anyone can confirm a donation reached the address we published — it doesn't, by itself, verify how a recipient organization used those funds afterward. We'd rather say that plainly than imply a guarantee we can't back up.
